Equilibrium Pilates & Fitness is based in Andover (Hampshire). Equilibrium Pilates & Fitness uses Pilates and other fitness techniques to help you increase your strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. Additionally, if you practice sports, we will help you to improve your performance. By applying the latest research based methods, we will help you on your journey to optimal postural alignment, released tension, and a greater sense of well-being.

Pilates & Fitness group classes take place in our equipped Pilates and rehabilitation studio in Andover. We offer a personalised approach with all classes targeted to your individual needs. Individual sessions can take place in the comfort of your home (except those sessions where large equipment is required). Remedial Pilates, TRX Pilates (suspension training), GP Exercise Referral, Antenatal and Postnatal sessions are also delivered by our experienced and fully qualified staff. Our staff have been training and working in collaboration with Physiotherapists and other practitioners for more than 15 years to deliver bespoke programmes.

We can also offer on-site classes at your work place for those who are unable to get to the studio. Please contact us for details.

LARGE EQUIPMENT BASED SESSIONS . Run as individual sessions. Equipment used includes the Reformer (with Tower), the Stability Chair (or Split Pedal Chair), and the Arc Barrel. For bookings and enquiries please contact us.

PARENT & BABY POSTNATAL PILATES on Thursdays from 9.45am until 10.45am. Regain stability, strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, re-educate your body, retrain your abdominal muscles, and correct any postural issues following the natural changes in your body during pregnancy. The emphasis is to help your postnatal recovery to help you regain pre-pregnancy fitness. Classes are held in a relaxed environment where the needs of your baby come first. NB. It is not advisable to return to exercise until at least six weeks after the birth and ten weeks or longer if you had a Caesarean section.
